Ok, let it be clear, I’m under no illusion that you can make an electric guitar sound just like an acoustic guitar. At least i'm not aware of any technology, at the time of writing this, that can achieve this convincingly. However, we said the same thing about digitally modelling valve amps a few years back and look where we are now, so who knows what the future may bring!
The best to be had is by using an acoustic-simulator unit, a few of which are on the market. Other than carrying an acoustic-guitar in your arsenal and all the paraphernalia and effort required to mic it up, an alternative is to employ an Impulse-Response file.
All the sounds featured in the demo use the same preset, which is included in this pack. The amp-section is bypassed and the sound relies on the IR file to deliver the results.

About these presets packs
First off, if you are looking for heavy or metal (djent??) tones you should probably look elsewhere. These presets are mild/soft/mid sounds suited to a wide range of styles.
All my current favourite (and main work-horse) sounds are from a Kemper unit. I have spent a great deal of time recreating these same sounds for my AF unit allowing me to take my sound with me when i need to travel light where portability is a major factor.
